Hot Dogs and Cool Cats Available for Adoption
Summertime is a great season to adopt a pet.
Pearl
Animal ID: A11-03512
Sex: Female
Age: 3 years old
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
More precious than a real pearl, Pearl the cat would be a treasure in any home. She is quite talkative and isn't afraid to purr very loud! Pearl is a hefty lady with adorably tiny paws. She enjoys strutting her stuff and soliciting for attention.

Tommie is a cool cat with a ton of personality. He gets along well with three different species: people, cats, and dogs - now that is impressive! Tommie is perfectly happy lounging the day away but he is also open to a day full of play.
Nutmeg
Animal ID: A11-04360
Sex: Female
Age: 2 years old
Breed: Pointer Mix
Nutmeg is a large-breed lady with a big personality to match! Like most Pointers, Nutmeg is always alert and fairly intelligent. Though she is sweet and friendly, the spcaLA advises that Nutmeg would do best in an adult-only home with experienced owners.
Bosco
Animal ID: A11-03117
Sex: Male
Age: 5 years old
Breed: Chihuahua Mix
He may not be the guard dog that you were looking for, but Bosco will be your best friend for life! He can be a bit shy at first, but he is a kissing machine once he warms up to you. Bosco's sweet personality would make him a great dog for almost any home or novice owner.
