Frank McIlquham is a professional drummer born in San Antonio Texas in 1969. He grew up in a neighborhood full of musicians and was educated in Houston, Texas. When he was a kid his mom gave him pots and pans and her kitchen spoons to practice with. The first song he learned was Rush's Limelight.

During his early years he played drums with many local bands in junior and high school. Frank has always had the enthusiasm and drive to find time for his real passion, music. Over the years he has played with several bands and has shared the stage with Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer, Eric Singer of KISS and Sophie and Nick Simmons of A&E Family Jewels, Jerry Salas of El Chicano, Louis Ruiz of The John Corbett Band, Bob Luna former Dionne Warwick Music Director, Paul Gale Australian Legend, Barry Roy of The Shadows/Chuck Berry, David Elliott of Dionne Warwick, Stevie Wonder’s son Mumtaz Morris, Manny Lagod for Don Ho, The Temptations, Bobby Kimball from Toto, Danny Seraphine from Chicago and many great artist in the US as well as in Australia. After studying, his employer transferred him to New Orleans for three years and eventually to Australia, where he lived for 15 years.

Frank has since moved back to the US with a genuine desire to pursue his dream...to share his passion and enthusiasm for playing music with others by creating and maintaining The Rock Club and Rock For Vets.
