Smoque Barbeque adds a lot of smoked, savory flavors to 2nd Street's wide variety of cuisine. The full bar plays a…More major role here, as does the decor. Patrons are greeted at the entrance by an outdoor smoker, separated from the sidewalk by a small picket fence and clad in the orange and "O1" paint job of the "General Lee," the formidable Dodge Charger from TV's Dukes of Hazard.
A hefty selection of beer on tap can be found at the bar, which is located closest to the entrance. There are no barstools, since table seating is the system, but there are definitely a full cache of spirits.
Aside from slowly smoked barbecue standards that run the meat gamut, some staple items come with interesting twists such as honey-ginger coleslaw and exotic barbecue sauces such as apricot chipotle glaze and habañero mango dijon.
