Rubio's combines fast service and quality food. Its dishes taste just as good as those at most full-service restaurants. And very fitting for Belmont Shore, seafood is a major menu staple. Rubio's grill serves many shrimp and fish dishes. Meats run the basic Mexican gamut of grilled chicken, steak and carnitas. Seafood includes salmon, mahi-mahi and various preparations of shrimp.
