Gaytonia was named for its original owner and contractor, George T. Gayton. He also built the Belmont Theater in Belmont Shores. Located at the top of Quincy, the historic apartment building was built in 1930. It rents studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Underground parking is included in the rent.
