BBQ Lovers Rejoice! The West Coast BBQ Classic Cometh to the Queen Mary!
If you love BBQ... check this out on Saturday May 10th when 60 professional and amateur BBQ pitmasters will compete for prizes.
I never stopped to think about the differences between Tennessee, Kansas City, Texas, Louisiana and yes, even California.
On May 10th Southern California gets the chance to sample from the table of 60 different pitmasters, both professional and amateur when the West Coast BBQ Classic Returns to The Queen Mary. Here are the details of this California-State-Certified, KCBS-Sanctioned, BBQ championship. *For the record, you, too could have participated in this contest, but all slots have been filled.
Competition categories include chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket. There will be over $10,000 in cash prizes but the really big prize is the title of “West Coast BBQ Pitmaster Champion.” New this year, you can help to pick the People's Choice winner.
