Klaustoberfest

October 16th the Parking lot of Alamitos Bay Landing will be transformed into a Bavarian Wonderland! Visitors to Oktoberfest will enjoy samplings of beer from over 15 microbreweries, authentic German cuisine - brats, warm potato salad, pretzals and more! In conjunction with the Long Beach Art's Council the festival entertainment will include Classic German Oom-Pah-Pah Bands along with 2 performances from Germany's Internationally acclaimed a cappella group, Vocaldente. Family fun and activities for all ages! Children welcome. Proceeds from the event will go to the Klaus Barth Foundation & Tackling Cancer. Both organizations were created to support leading cancer researchers while promoting safe and active lifestyles for today’s youth through sports.

Germany's Most Successful A Capella Export, will be entertaining guests with 2 sensational performances. Unlike other a cappella groups, vocaldente doens't rely on technical devices, amplifiers or special effects. Their repertoire is contemporary, covering pop and rock music from the past eight decades: taking their audience on a captivating journey from the Roaring Twenties to the latest pop hits.
