Long Beach's Priciest Homes: Ocean Duplex for $5.4 Million

Locals know that this home took some time to complete, and visitors to the dog beach nearby might also have noticed it before it was finished, according to Zillow, in 2008. It is located next door to a longtime ballroom dance studio and two doors down from Granada Avenue, a prominent corner anchored by Ripples.

It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a total of 4.900 square feet, with Brazilian cherry wood floors. And Zillow says that square footage does not count an additional 800 square feet in the top floor home.

Zillow forecasts that the market for Belmont Shore homes will rise 7.6% next year while Long Beach overall will rise 9%.
