Spring Street Near Long Beach Airport Closed
The section of the street that goes underneath the airport will be closed all day for repair from a traffic accident.
Spring Street near Long Beach Airport will be closed most of Wednesday for repairs from a traffic accident but the City of Long Beach announced that airport operations are not expected to be impacted.
The stretch of the street that goes underneath Long Beach Airport was blocked in order for repair crews to correct damage caused by an earlier accident.
Closed through about 4 p.m. is westbound Spring Street, at Lakewood Boulevard, the City of Long Beach said in an e-alert. The closure was called by Long Beach Public Works.
