10th Street Repaving Work to Last Six Weeks

Road work will be underway with lane closures.

Repaving has begun on 10th Street between Ximeno and Redondo avenues, and is expected to last for about six weeks. Bus pads, curb paint, traffic striping and other improvements will be made by the City of Long Beach

"Traffic control will be in place to provide safety for motorists and workers. Lane closures will be required during construction, and while the roads will stay open during working hours, motorists can expect some traffic delays, Third District Council Office announced. "Therefore, motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes, when possible."
