Woman Stabbed to Death in Long Beach

While visiting a North Long Beach apartment, the 39-year-old woman got into a dispute that turned deadly, police said.

Long Beach police sought witnesses Sunday night in the stabbing death of a woman who was visiting residents of a North Long Beach apartment.

Officers responded to the apartment in the 30 block of East Plymouth Street at 1:10 p.m. Sunday and found Tekeisha Neeley, 39, of Long Beach, stabbed in the upper torso, according to a police statement.

Long Beach Police Department spokeswoman Nancy Pratt said Neeley was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead shortly after she arrived. Detectives said Neeley apparently was involved in a dispute with unidentified people and was fatally stabbed, the statement said.

Anyone with information was urged to contact Long Beach homicide detectives Mark McGuire and Greg Krabbe, at (562) 570-7244, or leave anonymous tips at www.tipsoft.com.

I heard this woman who was involved in this fatal stabbing is a BIG BULLY and has been since middle school. It's obvious something is wrong with her and even though she was released, I'm hoping that the Long Beach Detectives look further into this case. Anyone please come forward if you witness anything. Keisha might have had some struggles, but no one deserve to die like that.

all yall talking about the mother and daughter who killed keisha, well u really need to know what and who you are talking about before you start running your mouth.biotch!
Lulu July 13, 2012 at 05:57 AM
My prayers go out to the mother, children and family of Keisha. This is a horrible, senseless act that should have never happened. I've known Keisha's family for over 30 years, and NO ONE had the right to take this woman away from her family and friends! There is too much hatred in this world, and no matter what Keisha may have done or did not do, she DID NOT deserve to be murdered. To Keisha's family, God sees and knows everything; therefore, JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED!!!
