UPDATE: Two Men Gunned Down in Long Beach

Late night attack leaves one victim dead and one wounded in possible gang drive-by shooting.

UPDATED 10:21 a.m.: One of the men wounded in a drive-by attack in Long Beach has died, authorities said.

ORIGINAL STORY: Two men were attacked late Saturday in a possibly gang-involved drive-by shooting in Long Beach, police said.

One of the men was "seriously" injured while the second man's condition was unknown, said Long Beach police department's spokesman, Sgt. Dave Marander.

 The shooting was reported at 10:39 p.m. Saturday at 68th Street and Long Beach Boulevard, Marander said.

``The shooting may have been a drive-by,'' Marander said. ``At least one of the victims has serious injuries. Both were transported to a hospital.''
