According to a complaint filed by the District Attorney's office, the two felony charges stem from an alleged incident that took place in October 2012 with a girl victim under the age of 10. The misdemeanor charge allegedly involved a second girl victim in February of this year.

Burch, who owns D'Lish Salon on Argonne Avenue in Belmont Shore, remains jailed on $2 million bail awaiting his next court date on March 29 where a date will be set for a preliminary hearing.
