New Feature: The Long Beach Police Blotter

Each day Police Chief Jim McDonnell releases a report of the prior day's activity, Patch will post it.

Several days a week, Long Beach Police Chief Jim McDonnell's office releases to the media a summary of the prior day's major police activity. Belmont Shore-Naples Patch will report them as soon as we can to keep the public informed, although often there is no activity whatsoever reported from Belmont Shore or Naples. That is good news. Should you know or hear otherwise, you can post it here for your neighbors for that day. To start out, we are catching up with a few recent days. Ela Lindsay will post them.
