SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, Isn't it suspicious that painters are allowed to paint at 5:22am? This has been going on for a while at the Regency Center. Aren't residents allowed to sleep in past 5:22 am? Where is the enforcement of contractors beginning after 7am? McDonalds is doing the same thing. Working at night because business is open during the day. What about the residents who are sleeping?
