Police Beat Handcuffed Teenager

News station KTLA is reporting Long Beach police went too far when arresting a Long Beach teenager.  Video footage shows multiple police officers Tasering and striking handcuffed teenager with batons and flashlights.  Also includes comments from teenager's mother.
