Can you believe it's May? I can't either. Join me on Redondo and Coronado from 11:30am to 2:30pm to enjoy seven of the best food trucks.
Its May everyone and once again there will be the food truck event Lunch Truck It. This week on May 2nd there will be a new truck joining in on the food truck extravaganza.
This truck Global Soul focus on tastes from all over the world. Their menu changes with the seasons and climates so that their food is always presented fresh. I have never tried this truck before but I couldn't be more excited. Just looking at their current menu is making my mouth water. Just to read a few, there is Mojo Chicken Pita Wrap, Hot Mess Sandwich, Babylon Tacos, Shrimp Toastie, and Lil Italy Polpette. Each of Global Soul's entrees focuses on tastes from different countries all over the world. Their dish Hot Mess Sandwich takes Louisiana hot links and combines them with caramlized onions, peppers and Chipotle crema to create a hot messy sandwich that brings out the best tastes of Louisiana.
This truck will be accompanied by Chunk 'n' Chip, Fresh Fries, Grill 'Em All, Lime Truck and Lobsta Truck.

Remember to look out for delicious beverages and sides that trucks offer. If your a student on a budget like me, these are a great alternative was to enjoy the tastes of these trucks without breaking your bank.
