Six New Listings Hit the Market This Week

Three Condos, Three Houses Join Area Inventory

Three single-family homes and three condos were placed on the market this past week in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, bringing the area's total sales inventory to 101 houses and 36 condominiums. Here are the new listings for the week:

256 San Remo Dr - $450,000 – This two bedroom, one bathroom, Naples home is close to the beach and offers 944 square feet and a lot size of 3,187 square feet. This is a short sale and all terms of the sale, including price are subject to the lienholder's approval.

177 Park Ave - $695,000 – This Belmont Shore Spanish bungalow offers two bedrooms and one bathroom and features dark-stained hardwood floors, original woodwork, formal living room, formal dining room and a kitchen with separate breakfast area. This home also has a one-car attached garage.

6098 Lido Ln - $1,998,000 – This home is situated on a waterfront corner lot in Naples. It offers more thsn 3,000 square feet of living space and its own private boat dock. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a formal living room with fireplace, dining room, family room and a master suite with fireplace.

6114 Marina Pacifica Dr - $200,000 – This first floor studio condominium in Marina Pacifica offers tile flooring, recessed lighting and a cozy fireplace. It is 650 square feet and comes with one subterranean parking space.

7132 Marina Pacifica Dr - $260,000 – This one bedroom, one bathroom unit is situated right on the marina. Features include a new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, new carpet and paint, a private balcony and marina views.

103 Ravenna Dr 19 - $700,000 – This two bedroom, two bathroom top corner unit is in the Villa Di Napoli building on Naples Island. It features an upgraded kitchen, crown moldings, inside laundry and secure underground parking.

Since the beginning of the year, 70 houses have closed escrow in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average sales price of $903,832. There have also been 46 condo sales, with an average sales price of $392,170.
