Only Two New Listings Hit the Market This Week

Two single-family homes join the area’s offerings. Only two single-family homes were placed on the market this past week in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, bringing the area's total sales inventory to 100 houses and 39 condominiums.

Here's the new listings:

113 Prospect Ave - $745,000 – Blocks from the beach, this four bedroom, two bathroom home features hardwood floors, stained glass windows an open kitchen with tiled counters and a brick patio. Upstairs there’s a large covered balcony retreat.

52 Rivo Alto Canal - $1,549,000 – This three bedroom, three bathroom home situated on the canal offers over 2300 square feet of living space. Features include coved and wood beamed ceilings, wood built-ins and hardwood floors. Upstairs there’s a loft, spacious bedrooms and a master suite. This home includes a 30 foot boot dock.

Since the beginning of the year, 67 houses have closed escrow in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average sales price of $911,899. There have also been 45 condo sales, with an average sales price of $396,107.
