Three New Homes Listed This Week in Belmont Shore

Two single-family homes and one condo were placed on the market this past week in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, bringing the area's total inventory to 57 houses and 21 condominiums.

Here are the new listings:

358 Santa Ana Ave - $1,049,000 – Located in Belmont Park with over 2200 square feet, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom modern home features a large island kitchen with Caesarstone countertops, a booth-style dining area and sliding glass doors. This home also features a multi-tiered rooftop sun deck, a dumbwaiter to transport food and drink to the deck and a two-car, attached garage.

322 Corona Ave - $1,090,000 – This Belmont Park home sits on a large lot and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as central air and heat, newer windows, two fireplaces, an outdoor patio with fireplace and barbecue counter, and a three-car detached garage.

6220 N Marina Pacifica Dr - $485,000 – Enjoy the views from the private balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located in Marina Pacifica. This condo offers newer carpet, hardwood floors, crown molding, vaulted ceilings, large living room with fireplace and two parking spaces.

Since the beginning of the year, 18 houses have closed escrow in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average sales price of $949,944. There have also been 12 condo sales, with an average sales price of $475,458.
