Here are the week's new Belmont Shore listings:

Since the beginning of the year, 96 single family homes have sold in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, according to the MLS. The average price was $984,389 and average time on the market 125 days. Additionally, 52 condos sold, with an average sales price of $418,117 and average time on market of 125 days, per the MLS.
