Just Four New Listings Enter The Market This Week

Three houses, one condo brings the total to 111 Belmont Shore/Naples properties for sale.

Four homes were listed in the Belmont Shore/Naples area last week, bringing the area total to 31 condominiums and 80 houses.

Here are the new listings:

221 La Verne Ave - $680,000 – This completely remodeled Belmont Shore home offers more than 1,000-square-feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

6209 Seville Ct - $749,900 – This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, situated in Bay Harbour, has two stories and features a large kitchen, formal living room, family room with dual fireplace, hardwood floors and a two-car attached garage.

338 Blue Cavern Pt – $1.195 million -This Spinnaker Bay waterfront home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms features an entryway with white marble floors and granite tile inlays, a wrought iron stairway, living room with vaulted ceiling, formal dining room, a large deck with waterfront views and a boat slip.

7313 N Marina Pacific Dr - $439,500 – This top floor, tri-level two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is in Marina Pacifica and features a private upstairs master suite, an office area with wall-to-wall windows and an added loft area with panoramic views of Alamitos Bay.

Since the beginning of the year, 90 houses have closed escrow in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average sales price of $876,437. There have also been 53 condo sales, with an average sales price of $387,412.
