New: Naples Island, Peninsula, Spinnaker Cove

Two single-family homes and three condos were placed on the market this past week in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, bringing the area's total sales inventory to 77 houses and 28 condominiums. Here are the new listings for the week:

135 Cordova Walk - $1,145,000 – This four bedroom, five bathroom, custom built home is located on a one way street which opens to the Rivo Alto Canal. 6119 Marina Pacifica Dr - $229,000 – This one bedroom, Marina Pacifica condo features newer carpet, stepdown living room with gas fireplace, smooth ceilings and view of the boat slips.

5522 Azure Way - $899,000 – This four bedroom, 4 bathroom condo located in Spinnaker Cove, features over 2000 square feet and offers a boat slip that will accommodate up to 55’ and is 20’ wide.

5536 Azure Way - $940,000 – Located in Spinnaker Cove this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offers tile floors, ceiling fans with remote control and a 37’ boat slip that’s right outside your front door.

Since the beginning of the year, 96 houses have closed escrow in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average sales price of $865,311. There have also been 57 condo sales, with an average sales price of $385,576.
