Four single family homes were placed on the market this past week in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, bringing the area's total inventory to 75 houses and 28 condos.

206 Glendora Ave - $539,000 – This beach cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom features hardwood floors, remodeled kitchen and bath and a private patio.

5587 Riviera Walk - $599,000 – This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is just 2 houses from the Rivo Alto Canal. Features include hardwood floors, plantation shutters, original archways and a secluded front porch.

5615 Campo Walk - $609,900 – Located on Naples Island, this two level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features newer interior and exterior paint, solid wood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a private patio area and a 2 car detached garage.

178 Corona Ave – $679,000 – This recently remodeled, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home  has central heat and air, copper plumbing, recessed lighting and newer windows. The kitchen has limestone flooring, Ceasarstone counters and custom ceramic backsplashes.

Since the beginning of the year, 101 houses and 61 condos have closed escrow. The average sales price for houses so far this year is $873,068 and for condos, it's $382,889.
