"The Nutcracker" presented by the Long Beach Ballet

The Long Beach Ballet will celebrate their 30th Anniversary with The Nutcracker set to a live symphony orchestra-- the only Socal production to do so.

A live children's choir will also accompany the holiday classic, as well as a cast of more than 200 as Artistic Director David Wilcox brings the tale to life with pyrotechnics, a live horse, flying sleigh and detailed costume and scenery.

Tickets are on sale now for The Nutcracker,  which will play at the Long Beach Terrace Theater at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. December 15 and 22, and at 2 p.m. only December 16 and 23.
