Councilwoman Gerrie Schipske and the City of Long Beach invite residents to take a behind-the-scenes look at the numerous services offered by the City's Health and Human Services Department at a meeting entitled Open Up Long Beach.
As seating is limited, organizers are encouragong those wishing to attend to call and reserve a spot.
