Spring Break Brings Beach Weather

Weather is expected to warm up all week, according to the National Weather Service.

Beach weather is on its way – just in time for spring break in the Long Beach Unified School District

While the week is starting off on the cool side, by midweek it will start to feel like summer.

According to the National Weather Service today’s high is expected to hit 67 in Long Beach and up to 70 in nearby Seal Beach. Following a cloudy Tuesday morning,  temperatures are expected to climb to 73 and jump another nearly 10 degrees on Wednesday to 82 in Long Beach.

After Wednesday, temperatures are expected to drop steadily into the weekend with Sunday’s anticipated high peaking at 70. So if you are are looking for a good day to start your summer tan or take the kids to the tide pools, Wednesday is your best bet.
