Six Wounded in Gunfire at Long Beach Marina

At least six people were shot and wounded in a gang dispute of some sort near the marina docks in downtown Long Beach.

Police said the incident occurred just after midnight near the tourist attractions ... which were closed for the night.

A group of suspects was arrested several miles away ... near Willow Road at the Los Angeles River but no suspect information had been released as of Sunday afternoon.

Police seized some evidence linking the suspects to the shootings ... and police believe gangs were involved, officials said.
