Free Mothers Day Concert Returns to Belmont Shore
The public is invited to a free afternoon of opera, light opera, jazz and Broadway-style tunes.
Celebrate this mother's day in style with the 4th annual Mother's Day Concert featuring professional musicans performing opera, jazz and musical theatre.
The free 95-minute show is being presented by Justin Rudd's Community Action Team (CAT), a nonprofit organization that has overseen other events in the Long Beach area such as father/daughter dances, beach-clean-ups and beauty pageants.
ACT is now set to bring a touch of beauty to Long Beach in honor of moms everywhere via performances by musicians from the Christian Campos Horizon Music Group from Los Angeles. The performers will be compensated by funds raised at another previously held ACT event, the Long Beach Turkey Trot 5k/10k.

Free general admission tickets will be available at the door on the day of the concert, which will take place at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 13 at the Bay Shore Church, located at 5100 E. The Toledo in Belmont Shore.
