Councilman O'Donnell to Run for State Assembly

Councilman Patrick O'Donnell will run for a seat in the State Assembly, according to a Press-Telegram report.

The longtime Councilman hopes to replace current Assemblywoman Bonnie Lowenthal. LBReport.com reported that O'Donnell is running despite his vow to "run for four years, serve for four years," and that it would cost $100,000 for a special election to replace him should he win for Assembly.
