There's about an eight-month supply of homes for sale, and experts say more than six months' means it's more buyer's than seller's market. Plus a pair of dwellings hit the market this week.
Just two properties came on the market in the Belmont Shore/Naples area this week – one condo and one house.
127 Corona Avenue -- $599,000 – This Spanish style home has two bedrooms and one bathroom in 1,078 square feet. It has hardwood floors, a galley kitchen, and a one car garage.
9331 Marina Pacifica Drive - $249,000 – This third floor condo has one bedroom and one bathroom and comes with one parking space. There are hardwood floors and granite counters in the kitchen. The living room opens to a balcony with a marina view.

Currently there are 75 houses and 29 condos on the market in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, ranging in price from a condo at $178,000 to a home listed at $9,495,000.
So far this year, 92 houses have sold in the area with an average sales price of $873,379 and an average price per square foot of $481. This is slightly down from the same time last year, during which 94 houses sold in the area with an average sales price of $992,068 and average price per square foot of $496.70.

Based on the rate of sales in the area, there is currently almost an eight month supply of homes in the Belmont Shore/Naples area. Most real estate experts consider it a buyer’s market when the available inventory exceeds a six month supply.
