Stroll and Savor Takes Over Second Street This Week
More than 40 restaurants will bring their best selections for the all-ages event.
With more than 40 participating restaurants and live music, the Belmont Shore Business Association invites residents to taste the best of Belmont Shore. Stroll and Savor will feature popular dishes from around the globe as well as treats for pets on Aug. 14 and 15, according the website.
BSBA Executive Director Dede Rossi said the goal of the 20-year event is to attract more business down to Belmont Shore for everyone in the district. Money raised from the event will benefit the participating restaurants as well as the BSBA. New this month are musical acts set to perform at various locations around Second Street.
“We have a lot of live music year,” Rossi said. “We’re excited to have performances up and down the street instead of having them clustered in one spot to keep people moving.”
