Six New Listings in Belmont Shore/Naples

Three condos, three single family homes enter the market.

Three condominiums and three single family homes were placed on the market this week in Belmont Shore/Naples, bringing the total available listings to 35 condos and 74 houses.

5971 E. The Toledo - $749,000 - Located on Naples Island, this two bedroom, two bathroom home has a four-car garage and RV access. The living room has hardwood floors and a fireplace and the backyard has a covered patio and spa.

142 Corona Avenue - $779,000 - This Belmont Shore Spanish Revival beach cottage was remodeled in 2009 and features teak flooring, mahogany cabinets and granite countertops. There is a gas fireplace and french doors. The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

52 W. Neopolitan Lane - $1,119,000 - Built in 2004, this custom Naples home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The flooring is hickory wood, marble and travertine and the kitchen features a center island, granite counters and stainless appliances. It has 1,897 sq. ft.

Since the beginning of the year, 32 condos have sold in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average sales price of $393,401 and average time on market of 114 days. During the same time period, 35 single-family homes have sold, with an average sales price of $952,564 and average days on market 123 days.
