Just Four New Listings Enter The Market This Week

Four homes were listed in the Belmont Shore/Naples area last week, bringing the area total to 34 condominiums and 91 houses.

Here's the new listings:

7132 Marina Pacifica Drive - $285,000 - Located on the marina in Marina Pacifica, this one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers water views from the living room. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is fresh paint, newer carpet, a fireplace in the living room and one parking space.

114 Ximeno Avenue - $859,000 - Just one block from the beach, this two bedroom, three bath home has 2140 sq. ft. and sits on a 3150 sq. ft. lot. The property features a roof deck, an office loft, copper plumbing and upgraded electrical. There is a second smaller kitchen and the listing states that it's technically a duplex.

65 Rivo Alto Canal - $1,595,000 - Situated on Naples Island canal, this three bedroom, two bathroom home was re-built in 2002. It features separate living and family rooms, hardwood floors, a rooftop deck and attached two car garage. The kitchen has custom cabinets and granite counters. The home comes with a private dock.

20 Laguna Place - $1,495,000 - With three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,300 sq. ft., this home is located on a 4,800 sq. ft. home on the Peninsula. The back yard has a deck, spa and a detached "cabana room".  The home has ocean and bay views, dual paned windows, plantation shutters and a two-car garage.

Since the beginning of the year, 54 houses have closed escrow in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average sales price of $894,532. There have also been 43 condo sales, with an average sales price of $398,717.
