6 New Listings Hit the Market!

4 Condos, 2 Houses Listed This Week in Belmont Shore/Naples Area

This week, six new listings hit the market in the Belmont Shore/Naples area -- four condos and two single family homes. Two of the new listings are in Marina Pacifica.

7149 N. Marina Pacifica Drive, Key 9 - $221,000 - This is a studio and den on the first flour of a cluster of four units. It has a wraparound patio off the living room, opening to a community courtyard.

5125 N. Marina Pacifica Drive, Key 19 - $309,500 - This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has water views and wood flooring. The unit faces north, overlooking the Cerritos Channel toward the southern end of Spinnaker Bay.

115 Saint Joseph Ave., #4 - $394,900 - Located just a block from the beach and south of Second Street in Belmont Shore, this two bedroom upstairs condo is a Fannie Mae owned property that can be purchased with special financing and as little as 3% down. Since the beginning of the year, 29 houses have sold in Belmont Shore/Naples area with an average price of $927,681 and average time on the market of 133 days. Additionally, 27 condos have sold, with an average price of $384,700  and average 117 days on the market.
