4 New Listings Enter the Competition This Week

76 houses and 32 condos currently on the market

Currently there are 76 single family homes and 32 condominiums on the market in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, ranging in price from $210,000 to $10,500,000. Within the past week, four homes were placed on the market.

271 N. Rafael Walk - $699,000

This Naples Island home is close to the marina and yacht club. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,258 square feet. There is a three car garage, with two car access in the front and a one car garage in the rear.

5812 E. Appian Way - $1,100,000

Since the beginning of the year, 31 houses have sold in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average price of $952,831 and average time on the market of 134 days. During the same time period, 30 condos have sold, with an average sales price of $395,911 and average 109 days on the market.  Based on  current supply and average sales time, there is about a one month's inventory of condos and a two and a half month's supply of houses.
