 63 62nd Place - $999,000

This Peninsula duplex features a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home plus an attached 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. Both are separately metered and there’s a rooftop deck, a rear deck and an attached 2-car garage. The combined square footage of the two units is 2,494 and the lot is 1,999 sq. ft.

The average price per square foot was $494.99.

Overall in Long Beach, there were 108 homes that closed escrow in February 2011, with an average price of $377,315, average price per square foot of $269.02 and average 78 days on the market. Last year during the same time period, there were 120 homes sold, with an average price of $375,543, average price per square foot of $276.50 and average 56 days on the market.
