A scheduled power outage will start at 9 p.m. Monday in the East Long Beach area and may include parts of Second Street in Belmont Shore, Southern California Edison announced. Affected customers have been alerted to the outage that may last until 9 a.m. Tuesday, but Edison declined for security reasons to give the exact outage boundaries, the Grunion Gazette reported.
