VIDEO: Green and Gold, Fight, Fight

A purported leprechaun sighting gets the BSP news team's Irish up, and sends them to the beach for answers.

When Patch went looking for promising Cal State Long Beach writers who might want to produce a web series for Belmont Shore, we lucked upon a friend of a friend of a friend.

That turned out to be student and filmmaker Amarakvati Murphy Ly--known as Murphy--who organized five classmates, mostly sophomores, who furiously began writing scripts, crumpling scripts, writing more scripts. 

They call themselves Rev'd Up Productions, and you may see this band around town, interviewing real people (don't be alarmed). They're real fake reporters, and we're still trying to get them Patch t-shirts so you'll recognize them. Learn more about them here:  http://patch.com/A-cLfZ
