Pacific Coast Opera presents Verdi's La Traviata

Pacific Coast Opera, Southern California's newest and most exciting Opera Company presents Verdi's La Traviata 8 p.m. April 1 and 2 p.m. April 3 at First Congregational Church of Long Beach. The performances will be fully staged, costumed and with orchestra ensemble. It will be sung in Italian with supratitles. The opera will be directed by Josh Shaw, conducted by Stephen Karr and sung by Megan O'Toole as Violetta and Todd Strange as Alfredo. Twenty additional talented artists will complete the cast and chorus.  A discounted dinner will be offered at La Traviata Restaurant to those attending the opera. La Traviata is at  301 Cedar Ave. in Long Beach, across the street from the performance.
