Kids' Halloween Costume Contest with Heidi Klum!

Which kids in Belmont Shore have the most creative Halloween costumes? That's what Patch wants to find out with the help of celebrity judge Heidi Klum.

Model, TV personality, entrepreneur and mother of four, Klum will help Patch editors pick out the most creatively-costumed kids in a contest open now through Oct. 31.

Each local Patch editor will survey the entries. Then they will go toward a final 10. Patch will whisk the winner to New York or Los Angeles for a three-day, two-night trip for two that includes a meet-and-greet with Klum, plus a donation of $1,031 to a local charity of the winner's choice. Nine runners up will also get a $1,031 donation from Patch to a local charity of their choice.

Entering is easy. Have on your desktop or photo files a photo of your kid, 12 years of age or younger, in his or her Halloween costume. Hit submit your photos above the video here). Include your child’s name, your name, and the charity of your choice in the caption (click "edit photo," and fill in the caption field).

Submissions must be received before 9 p.m. (local time) Halloween night.
