Reader Photo Today of Giant Crane in Alamitos Bay
Carrie White Scanlan sent Patch this shot of the crane this morning at Long Beach Yacht Club.
Said Scanlan, owner of Long Beach Skate at 7th and Obisbo in Belmont Heights: "It was very impressive and something you don't see in the bay everyday....I think the pylons are being brought in to reinforce the sea walls around the yacht club....I heard from a local that the pylons are all piled high at the moment at the yacht club but I haven't been by to see it myself. The is at the end of Appian."
Does anyone know if these are part of the Naples Seawall repair project?
