Heidi Klum Partners with Patch: Your Child Could be Halloween Star

Which kids in America have the most creative Halloween costumes? That's what Patch wants to find out with the help of celebrity judge Heidi Klum.

Model, TV personality, entrepreneur and mother of four, Klum will help Patch editors pick out 10 of the most creatively-costumed kids in a contest open now through Oct. 31.

Patch will whisk the winner to New York or Los Angeles for a three-day, two-night trip for two that includes a meet-and-greet with Klum, plus a donation of $1,031 to a local charity of the winner's choice. Nine runners up will also get a $1,031 donation from Patch to a local charity of their choice.

Entering is easy. Just upload a photo of your kid, 12 years of age or younger, in his or her Halloween costume, along with your name, your child’s name, and a local charity of choice. Entries must be made by the parent or legal guardian of the child photographed. Full rules are here.

Submissions must be received before 9 p.m. (local time) Halloween night.
 

Photos should include your child's name, your name and your local charity of choice. That information can be added after you upload your photo. Simply click "Edit Photo," and fill out the caption field.
