Native American Pride and Tradition in Long Beach

Shoreline Village brought Long Beach a small gathering of Native Americans which shared their culture, pride, dance and history this afternoon.

A small group of tribes-people gatherd at Shoreline Village this afternoon to share their art, song, dance and culture this afternoon.

Tribes included Lakota, Apache, Hopi and others. Dancing with song, chanting and prayers we also explained and demonstrated in great detail to those on hand. Just as we have many religions to worship God, Native American culture observes many siritual beliefs. And the manner which they show their beliefs is very much represented in these dances and song.
