The Martin Luther King, Jr. Park will play host to the 2011 Martin Luther King, Jr. "Dreamland" Celebration festival on Saturday, January 15, 2011 from 12:30pm to 5:00pm, immediately following the Martin Luther King, Jr. Peace and Unity Parade.
Live music from headliner Lowrider Band, carnival rides, games for kids, food booths, craft and merchandise vendors, a children and teen area, as well as historic displays of one of America's greatest heroes area will be on hand to provide plenty of family fun and entertainment.
Parking will be available just east of the park at Long Beach City College.
