WATCH: Early Morning Fog Forecast to Continue
The dense cloud cover hat has hugged Alamitos Bay and our Long Beach coast will continue through the weekend, but burn off each day.
Patch was down at the Bay Shore beach earlier this week, amazed by the fog's ability to swallow up Naples islands, the Peninsula and Horny Corner. We shot this video of about 50 seconds before 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Friday's high is forecast by Weather Bug to reach 66°, and the low temperature 53°, with temperatures warming up Saturday with a forecast high of 72, and further warming Sunday to a high of 82.
Mornings will break with low clouds and fog, burning off for mostly sunny days. Sweater weather, as we like to say.
