Naples Boat Parade Hits Waters Tonight

Saturday marks Belmont Shore's 65th floating holiday lights spectacle.

The will take place this Saturday on Naples Island, and this year's theme is "TV Land Holidays."

The Big Boat Parade will kick off at 6 p.m. and the Small Boat Parade will get its start at 6:30 p.m., but regardless, those hoping to witness the parade in its entirety should arrive early, as parking on the Island will be limited.

The Big Boat Parade will begin at Naples Plaza Park before heading west on Vis del Golfo. The Parade will then turn right onto Corso di Napoli and head towards Belmont Shore.

Along the way, the Parade will pass the 2nd Street bridge, the Alamitos Bay Yacht Club, and the Long Beach Yacht Club, among other stops, before coming to a halt at the end of Appian Way.

The Small Boat Parade will begin at the Appian Way Bridge and travel along Bayshore Avenue before entering the Naples Canal. The Parade, once it exits the Naples Canal, will conclude in front of the Long Beach Yacht Club.

Those wishing to see both Parades can view from the 2nd Street Bridge, the Appian Way Bridge and along Alamitos Bay Marina, and the Small Boat Parade can be viewed from the bridges and along the canals around Naples Island.

In addition to the the Parade, carolers will be singing holiday songs by the bridges. 

Streets in Naples will close at 5 p.m. Saturday.
