Patch regularly takes a look at the area's priciest homes. Among the top-priced in the 50-square-mile city is this Naples dazzler. a property on the Naples Island. Price: $6,750,000.

A custom home designed by Kollin Altomare Architects is listing among Long Beach's most expensive homes, according to AOL Real Estate.

Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance, the listing broker, describes the property as fronting the bay of Naples Island with boat docks and a view of Catalina. The home features five bedrooms and five baths (four full and one partial) with a house area of 4,823 square feet.

Remodeled in 2008, the three-level home has a foyer with a glass elevator and circular staircase leading to family and living rooms. The home also includes a wine cellar, office/study, gourmet kitchen and bar.

The exterior is finished in plaster and split-face limestone with cedar siding and copper seam roof and stainless steel accents.

The building's systems are controlled and monitored by a home automation system that alerts the homeowner when repairs and maintenance are required.

Based on a 30-year loan of $6,750,000 at 5 percent interest, the monthly payment would amount to $36,343.79, including taxes and insurance, according to the Coldwell Banker Coast Alliance website.
