Queen Mary Christmas Tree Lighting Aids Charity

The event is free for guests who donate a Ronald McDonald House wishlist item, such as liquid hand soap and AA batteries.

The Queen Mary will light up for the holiday season Thursday with its annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony.

The lighting will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Dec. 13 in the Holiday Village aboard the ship's Chill event.

There will be performances by AJ & The Merry Gentlemen, as well as the International Children's Choir. Other activities include story time with Mrs. Claus, a visit with Santa and refreshments.

Guests who donate a Ronald McDonald House wishlist item, such as liquid hand soap and AA batteries, will receive complimentary entrance to the Holiday Village and the tree lighting. A complete list of wishlist items can be found here. Items must be dropped off at the Chill entrance prior to admission into the Holiday Village.

Parking is free with event validation.
