A Wink and a Prayer: Small Pets with Big Hearts

These guys may be tiny, but they have huge personality and a lot of love to share.

Lonnie

Animal ID: 11-02317
Sex: Male
Age: 3 years 8 months old
Breed: Domestic Long Hair

Lonnie is a lonely cat looking for a loving home. He was relinquished by his owners, but he is ready to find his new family. He has a soft, luxurious coat and adorably fuzzy paws. Lonnie has a bit of a sassy streak and would do best in a home with no young children.

Boomer is a big, cuddly love-bug. He is a sweet soul that is desperate for attention. Boomer is comfortable just laying out in your arms and would do best in with someone that is seeking a close companion.

Romeo

Animal ID: A11-02045
Sex: Male
Age: 6 years old
Breed: Chihuahua Mix

As his name might suggest, Romeo is a lover. He is full of energy and enjoys running around the spcaLA's big exercise yard. Romeo may not know many tricks (in fact, he has quite the short attention span), but he definitely knows how to love!

Eileen

Animal ID: A11-03121
Sex: Female
Age: 7 years old
Breed: Chihuahua Mix

Eileen caught a case of kennel cough, but she in on her way to recovery. While she was sick, Eileen spent a lot of time hanging out in the spcaLA's office area and has since become a staff favorite. Staff says that she, "is a very attentive listener."
